Get Involved: Recommend a Grassroots Women’s Organization to Spark’s Grant Program!

Spark invites you to be part of the process of identifying and celebrating grassroots women’s organizations that ignite change in their communities.  Spark supports women’s groups that take initiative in the face of social, political and economic obstacles and have the purpose and effect of empowering and increasing opportunities for women within their own community.

Sparks provides financial support to organizations that meet the following criteria:

• founded by woman/women and currently run by women; and

• demonstrates a strong commitment to women's equality and human rights that is clearly reflected to its activities.

To recommend a grassroots women's organization, please answer the following questions and email your responses to Mona Motwani (mona@sparksf.org) and Jamie Allison (jamie@sparksf.org)
