- Spark’s members are mostly young professionals between the ages of 20-45. Our youngest member is 15. Our oldest member is 73.
- Members receive voting privileges, leadership development opportunities, discounts and priority access to our monthly events.
- Non-members can participate in education, volunteer and community building activities.
- We invest small grants, pro bono professional services and connections in grassroots women’s organizations.
- Our grantees work to bolster gender equity and women’s human rights domestically and internationally.
- We give priority to groups that are just starting, do not have access to funds from larger donors and work with marginalized populations.
- We are a volunteer-led organization. Volunteers manage our grantmaking, marketing, events and education programs.
